Cancellations & Refunds

At Salon Supplies Hub, we pride ourselves on offering some of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. You may cancel your order any time before it ships, completely free of charge. Exceptions apply for custom or made-to-order products (see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations — Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as production begins immediately upon purchase based on your specifications.

All sales are final for custom and made-to-order items. Your warranty ensures you receive a fully functional product. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.


Refunds & Returns

Not all products are eligible for return once shipped. Because we source directly from manufacturers, return eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the manufacturer's policy.

Key return conditions:

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return
  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs
  • If you are exchanging for another product, we may be able to assist with a portion of the costs

Note: Brand-specific return policies listed on individual product pages take precedence over this general 30-day policy.


Shipping Times

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on supplier and freight carrier information, and are subject to change without notice due to factors outside our control (e.g., supply chain delays, manufacturing backlogs, freight capacity).

Exchange Agreement — Please Read

By completing a purchase with Salon Supplies Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I will inspect my package upon delivery and report any damage with photos to Salon Supplies Hub within 24 hours of receipt.
  • I understand I am responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees in the event of a return or exchange.
  • I understand that products must be returned unopened and unused, and that a restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that once my order has left the warehouse, a full refund is no longer available.
  • I understand that if I return a shipped order, I am responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fees (typically around 20%).
  • I understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside Salon Supplies Hub's control.
  • I agree not to file a chargeback due to shipping delays or estimate changes caused by manufacturing or logistical constraints beyond Salon Supplies Hub's control.

Damages

Please inspect all packaging upon delivery. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receiptbefore signing.

To file a damage claim, email photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU to support@salonsupplieshub.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

⚠️ Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be valid. This includes any punctures or visible exterior damage.


Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer — please refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty claims apply to defects that develop over time through normal use. Damage present upon arrival that was not reported within 30 days of delivery does not qualify as a warranty claim.


Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and any reconsignment fees resulting from customer error.

Nearly all of our products include a guarantee warranty, ensuring you receive a fully functional product at no additional cost. See individual product pages for details.


BOGO Promotions

For orders placed under a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion:

  • Both items must be returned to receive a full refund
  • If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for that item's standalone value
  • If the order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Chargebacks

Our support team is here to help resolve any issue quickly and fairly. We are committed to working with you to find the best resolution possible.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can resolve most issues directly. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be held liable for theft under applicable law.
