Shipping Policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days using a fully tracked courier service. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please note that processing times may vary by brand or product type — see individual product pages for any exceptions.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email verifying that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

We immediately contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. Here's what happens next:

  • If the item is in stock: Your payment will be processed and the order will be submitted for shipment within 5 business days.
  • If the item is on backorder or unavailable: We will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email promptly.

Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours to the email address provided at checkout.

If you have not received tracking details within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@salonsupplieshub.com.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only.

Some exceptions apply — if the website allows you to enter and complete checkout with an international shipping address, your order will be fulfilled. Certain products are also available for shipment to Canada.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Please be aware:

  • Address changes may result in delivery delays
  • Any additional freight charges incurred due to an address change are the responsibility of the customer, no exceptions

Shipping Times

All shipping time estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We work closely with our vendors to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Estimated Timeline:

  • Processing: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery after shipment: 5–8 business days
  • Estimated Total: 5–8 business days from order date

Shipping times may vary based on the brand or whether the item is made to order.

Important: If a customer cancels an order due to a shipping delay, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees incurred. Customers who file chargebacks due to shipping delays will be held liable under applicable law. No exceptions apply.


Shipping Options

We offer multiple delivery options to fit your needs:

  • Curbside Delivery (Free) — Your item is delivered to your curb or driveway. Estimated arrival: 5–8 business days after order submission.
  • Threshold Delivery — Your item is brought onto your porch or into a sheltered area such as a garage.
  • White Glove Delivery — Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and full removal of all packaging materials.
